Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be quite enjoyable, but there were a few things that could be improved. The rooms were spacious but lacked storage for clothes, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff was generally kind and helpful, although I did experience some rudeness early on. Getting to the pool was easy, but the noise from the highway was distracting at times. Overall, it was a nice stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location made it easy for me to access both Chapala and Ajijic, which I really appreciated. The rooms were decent but not as spacious as I had hoped. While the staff was professional, I encountered some rude behavior during my stay. Dining was excellent with a beautiful view, but I found the prices a bit on the high side. Overall, it's a good place but could use some improvements in service and room size.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, but it wasn't without its flaws. While the room was spacious, I found the lack of drawers for clothing quite inconvenient. The service was mostly helpful, but there were times it felt lacking. The location had its perks, making it easy to access nearby towns, but be prepared for noise from the highway. Dining was a highlight with an excellent menu, though on the pricier side. Overall, I think the value for money could be better considering a few drawbacks.
Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location made it easy to access both Chapala and Ajijic, and the pool was a joy to use. However, the rooms could use some practical features, like drawers for clothes, and the noise from the nearby highway was a downside. The service had its moments of kindness but was hit or miss during my stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The pool area was fantastic, and I appreciated how easy it was to access it. The rooms were comfortable, but some noise could be heard from the outside. Cooking my own meals in the kitchen was a nice perk, although I found the breakfast options could use some improvement. The overall value was decent, but I did wish for a bit more comfort in the dining experience.
